From St. Briavels we decided to head to the Lake District, a popular vacation spot for the English and it's easy to see why! We stayed at another hostel called Langdale which is located in a huge old house up in the hills away from town.

We enjoyed hiking from the hostel down to the village Eltwater and walking around the nearby lake. Dinner at the Brittania Pub was delicious....shepherd's pie, smoked salmon, and haloumi cheese.
